You can order your Texas driving record through the Texas Department of Public Safety. Order Type 3A.

3. What do I do if I missed my court date?

If you missed your court date, contact the court as soon as possible at 903-433-5185. 

The court may assess additional charges if you failed to appear for your original court date, and a warrant may be issued for your arrest.

4. How do I request a defensive driving course?

If you have a valid Texas Driver's License, insurance listing you as a covered driver, and haven't taken a defensive driving course in the previous 12 months, you may be eligible to take a defensive driving course and keep points off of your driving record.
