Noah has served as the Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Gunter since December 2022. He has over 24 years of experience in municipal planning and community development, with over seven years as a director.
Throughout his career, Noah has served in leadership positions for cities and counties in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. His professional focus has been long-range residential, commercial, and industrial development planning, downtown urban renewal, economic development, and strategic emergency response services planning.
Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Utah, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and is a graduate of the Executive Planning Course of the U.S. National Fire Administration.
